Roof Repair
Leak repairs in Lindrith start at $350 for a simple fix. We find the source with a water test or thermal scan, repair the damage, and warranty the work. If the repair costs more than 30% of a replacement, we'll tell you.

We also install Tamko Heritage laminated shingles for budget-conscious builds and Malarkey Vista AR with Flexor SBS polymer-modified asphalt for high-wind zones. Metal Roofing
We do metal roof repairs too. Loose panels, failed sealant at transitions, rust spots on older galvanized. Not every metal issue needs a full replacement. Our Lindrith crew can usually fix it same-day.
Shingle Roofing
We install asphalt shingles from every major manufacturer. GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, Atlas, Tamko, Malarkey, IKO. Each has different warranty tiers and price points. We walk you through the comparison without pushing one brand.
Flat Roofing
We repair and install flat roofs on Lindrith homes, garages, commercial buildings, and additions. TPO for reflectivity, EPDM for budget, PVC for chemical resistance near restaurants and kitchens.
Commercial Roofing
Our Lindrith commercial crews handle everything from small retail strip centers to 50,000 sq ft warehouses. TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal. We're certified installers for all major commercial membrane systems.
Gutter Installation
Improperly sized gutters cause fascia board rot and foundation erosion. We calculate gutter capacity using the rainfall intensity formula: roof square footage x pitch factor x rainfall rate (inches/hr for Lindrith). Standard 5" K-style handles 5,520 sq ft of effective roof area. Bigger roofs or steeper pitches need 6" gutters with 3x4" downspouts. We hang with hidden hangers screwed into rafter tails every 24".
Roof Inspection
We climb up, walk the entire roof, and document what we find with photos and measurements. Takes about 30 minutes. You see exactly what we see. No mysteries, no scare tactics.
Emergency Roof Repair
Emergency tarping is the first priority. We cover the exposed area to stop water entry, then schedule the permanent repair once conditions allow. We don't charge extra for emergency tarp jobs. It's part of the repair cost.
Skylight Installation
A skylight installed wrong will leak. The flashing has to integrate with the shingle courses. Step flashing on the sides, headwall flashing on top, and a sill pan underneath. We use manufacturer flashing kits because they're engineered to work with the skylight frame.
